  • Excursion to the Palici territories
  • Lunch at the farm
• Afternoon:
  • Cooking class on typical local products and GPI Sicilian Red Orange, dinner and overnight stay at the holiday farm

3^rd day:

• Morning:
  • Visit and tasting at the Cerasuolo di Vittoria wine cellar
• Afternoon:
  • Visit at the citrus processing department and conditioning warehouse (depending on the time of the year) or visit to Grammichele or Mineo and to the archaeological park of Occhiolà
  • Dinner at the holiday farm
